In traditional Chinese medicine, eleuthero is considered good for vital energy (qi/ch'i).

The adrenal glands have a big impact on our sexual health because of the their role in producing a variety of hormones that regulate many physical responses. Eleuthero helps prevent adrenal burnout and so gives a boost to sexual function and energy.

Eleuthero is often reffered to as Siberian ginseng, but is not a ginseng at all. It is another adaptogen, but a different species altogether.

How to Use: Eleuthero
Preparation Methods :The dried root is often taken in capsules, or brewed into tea, or made into tinctures. Eleuthero ginseng is sometimes combined with other adaptogens, like Korean, Chinese or American ginseng, astragalus, or schisandra, to increase its effectiveness.
