In traditional Chinese medicine, eleuthero is considered good for vital energy (qi/ch'i).
The adrenal glands have a big impact on our sexual health because of the their role in producing a variety of hormones that regulate many physical responses. Eleuthero helps prevent adrenal burnout and so gives a boost to sexual function and energy.
Eleuthero is often reffered to as Siberian ginseng, but is not a ginseng at all. It is another adaptogen, but a different species altogether.
